Steve is one half of the driving force behind RP Motorhomes' reputation for innovation and excellence. Alongside Jaye, Steve co-founded the company with a clear vision: to create motorhomes that combine adventure-ready capability with high-end luxury. If you can dream it, chances are Steve can create it. 

If he’s not building something chances are he is racing something instead.

Jaye is the other half of RP Motorhomes, bringing passion, vision and dedication to every aspect of the business, playing an instrumental role in building RP into the trusted brand it is today. 

Jaye’s role goes far beyond the office, having been there on every step of the journey. From launching the very first model to expanding operations and pushing creative boundaries with new designs her meticulous attention to detail and customer-first approach have been key to creating motorhomes that people truly love and trust.

A workshop is only as good as the team that works in it and thanks to Gary our valued team works efficiently and in good spirits, ensuring we deliver our vans on time and to the highest standards.

We pride ourselves on having state of the art technology in our vehicles, and a large part of Callum’s work ensures that we stay ahead of the game in this area. He also helps create our bespoke 3D printed parts, of which you will find many in our finished vans.

Jo is in charge of the company book keeping and running the office side of the business, as well as making sure Bear is well fed and fussed over.

Jordan brings a high level of precision to the making and fitting of the various furniture elements in our vans. :

 Outside of the workshop Jordan has his own van and his favourite place to spend time is exploring around the Scottish coastline. 

Our Purchasing and Stock Control Coordinator. 

Every one of our vans requires hundreds of parts in order to be converted, and without Kelvin keeping track of every last screw, cable and seemingly minor part wouldn’t be possible. He oversees all aspects of stock control and purchasing. Including making sure we are fully stocked on Yorkshire tea ! A good brew is important up north.

Martin is our onsite plumbing and Gas technician, to ensure our van’s super safe and passed the gas testing requirements, he also takes care of all our habitation checks for existing customers. 

Another of our team who likes to put his work skills to use away from the workshop Martin often has a house renovation or van conversion project of his own on the go.

With well over six hundred metres of cables running around the inside of our vans, it’s Nick’s job to make sure everything is wired correctly so that every switch, light and connection works properly. Its good job he’s not colour blind !

Our Joinery Team Coordinator. 

In his role as Team Coordinator Phil oversees the crafting and installation of all the wooden elements that form both the functional and aesthetic aspects of our finished vans. 

Phil’s talent of working in joinery extends beyond the workshop, where he works on bespoke furniture restorations in his spare time.

Having previously worked for Mercedes Benz Sean has a wealth of practical knowledge that ensures all our vans have a smooth transition from being ‘just a Sprinter’ into the vehicles you know and love, he’s also one of our trained gas technicians. When he isn’t working, most of his time is spent with his young family.

Our resident spray paint expert Seb’s role is to ensure that no matter what colour you pick for your van, once we have finished the conversion each and every panel on the outside looks perfect. 

When he’s not spraying panels at the workshop one of Seb’s main passions is astro photography.

Shane is one of the first people in the team to start the process of converting the vans as they arrive from Mercedes, usually by cutting into the body work to make space for the rear windows. 

Shane is the self-confessed practical joker of the team, keeping everyone on their toes as to where he might unexpectedly jump out from. 

Continuous Development and Process Lead. 

With a wealth of experience fitting out vans, developing innovative ideas and working with CAD there isn’t much Tom doesn’t know about ensuring our vans are finished to the highest standard. 

When not wielding various tools, Tom can often be found in the mountains. Once a keen mountain biker he now prefers to explore the trails on two feet.

Due to the bespoke nature of our vans conversions we fabricate many components in house by hand, none of which would be possible without Roy’s experience.

Lee is one of our newest members and a lot of his work focuses on elements of the finished van that are not seen, but are just as essential as those that are.

Rob plays a key role in crafting the custom-built interiors that transform our motorhomes into luxury homes on wheels. His work ensures that every motorhome leaving the workshop combines practicality with impeccable style.

Every great team needs a morale booster and here at RP Motorhomes we have the one and only Bear, our big fluffy loveable Alaskan Malamute, whose as much a part of the team as those that build our vans. 

Master of Adventures 

Marcus brings an unrivalled passion for exploration to the RP Adventures side of our brand. As a seasoned traveller who’s explored over 40 countries in a motorhome, often alongside his wife and young children, Marcus is driven by a desire to inspire others to expand their horizons. 

With a love for traveling off the beaten track he's always seeking out new routes, secluded wild camping spots and awe-inspiring landscapes. Whether navigating remote mountain roads or wild coastal trails Marcus embodies the spirit of adventure and exploration. 

A keen (his wife would say crazy) cyclist and lover of high-altitude adventures, Marcus is happiest when conquering mountain climbs — preferably on two wheels. His knowledge and passion ensure that every RP adventure is an unforgettable experience.
